Lil Wayne Jay Z diss song

Just a day after his Jay-Z diss 'It's Good' hit the 'net, Lil Wayne discussed the song with Vibe, claiming that he is unconcerned about potential repercussions, and does not expect a response from Hov.

On the Drake and Jadakiss-featuring track, Weezy flipped the "Baby money/Lady's money," taunt Jay tossed out in 'H.A.M.,' subbing in Beyonce for Birdman for collateral. "Talkin' about baby money, I got your baby money/ Kidnap your bitch, get that how much you love your lady money," Wayne spit. "I know you fake n----, press your brakes n----/ I'll take you out, that's a date, n----."

"I know there won't be any repercussions behind what I did," Wayne confidently revealed. "I know for a fact music is about perception. You can't do anything but perceive what you hear. I know that for a fact. So I can't ever be upset about someone's reaction."


Weezy, who rhymes with unconscious dexterity and abandon, continued to explain that his response was carefully calculated, but ultimately just another song in his extensive catalog.

"I'm not going to say I don't know what would happen before I even say [something on record]," he concluded. "I do know what will happen. I'm aware of it. But it is what it is."

Wayne's interview is scheduled to run in its entirely in the upcoming Oct./Nov. issue of Vibe. His highly anticipated new album 'Tha Carter IV' will be released digitally on Sunday (August 28).

From listening to the lyrics on this track, it sounds like "SB" could have been Nicki's ghostwriter?  I'm just saying....

Looks like Nicki Minaj's rap talents have rubbed off on her inner circle. It's being reported Nicki's longtime boyfriend and former hypeman Sarafee Samuels has decided to throw his hat in the ring and start up a rap career.


Sarafee, as referred to by close friends as SB has released his debut track titled "My Watch." The Gucci-Mane sampled tune has made it's way around the Internet and is already causing quite a stir.

Did Wiz Break The Bro Code? According to Uncle Luke He Did

Uncle Luke of the 2 Live Crew sat down with a Miami newspaper and talked trash about Wiz and amber Rose.  Luke believes that Wiz broke the Bro-Code by dating a rappers ex-girlfriend. He stated that it's the cardinal rule in the rap game.  I'm not sure if Uncle Luke is seeking attention or is he right did he break the Bro-Code?

Jennifer Lopez And Marc Anthony Split

Jennifer and Marc have filed for divorce after 7 years of marriage.  The two have a three year set of twins Max & Emme. Jennifer Lopez 42 years old and Marc Anthony 41 released the following statement:

“We have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters.[...]It is a painful time for all involved, and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time.”

This is Jennifer's third marriage.  I wonder if Puffy is going to try and get back on?

According to TMZ.com, the man who terrified Halle Berry after she caught him peeking in her window over the weekend, returned to her Hollywood Hills home late Monday night — and this time police busted him on the scene.

Nicki Minaj struck in the lip by male friend

Rapper Nicki Minaj told authorities she was “struck” in the lower lip by a man … during a heated argument at a swanky Dallas, TX hotel last night … law enforcement sources tell TMZ. Minaj was hanging out at the pool at the fancy Palomar Hotel when she got into a very intense verbal spat with an unidentified man she was staying with.
Nicki told a hotel employee to call police … while the man went to their hotel room. Nicki followed soon after.
When cops and paramedics arrived, Nicki told authorities their poolside fight continued inside of their room … and the man hit her in her lower lip.

The man had already left the scene when cops arrived … but Nicki insisted she did NOT want to press charges. Nicki also claimed she was NOT in a relationship with the alleged attacker.

Cops tell us an incident report was taken … but no charges will be filed per Nicki’s request.

Ironically, her hypeman (& rumored boyfriend) Scaff Beezy tweeted last night that he was hanging out poolside. Whether he was at the same hotel in Dallas is questionable.

Newest cast member to Love&Hip Hop

On the next season of Love &Hip Hop Julez Santana's babymomma will be the newest cast member.  Kimballa and Julez met on Twitter and have a 10 month old son.  Kimballa is a model and is currently on the cover of Black Men magazine.  Kimballa is also an aspiring actress and singer.  During an interview with Allhiphop.com she explained that her sound is nothing like Beyonce but more like Fergie or Rihanna.  Can't wait to see what the need season will bring!

NFL Player SUES ex for engagement ring

According to the Long Island Press, Williams shipped the $76,000 rock to Miss Texas 2009 Brooke Daniels, along with a recorded audio message and some cash. Daniels was Williams’ girlfriend at the time.
The audio message reportedly contained a proposal for marriage. Daniels politely declined, and Williams filed the lawsuit in June saying Daniels failed to return his ring
According to Daniels’ father, Michael Daniels of Tomball, Texas, Williams told her she could keep the ring.

Ok I heard about this story on the radio this morning,  I had no idea this fool mailed the ring!  Who mails an engagement ring??  She did right by declining his offer, it sounds like he is short a few marbles. In this case I think she should return the ring.  I feel like whoever causes the engagement to fail the other should keep the ring.

Terrance J sat down with Power 105's Breakfast Club to discuss his new movie roles, dating older women, Brandy and his corny image. 

Terrance has several movies under his belt such as; Burlesque, Stomp The Yard 2 and The Heart Specialist.  Let's not forget that he currently has a recurring role on "The Game" as Tasha Mack's boy toy Donte.

When asked if he and Brandy are dating, Terrance states that Brandy is his homie and they are just friends.

Although Terrance is 28 years old, he prefers to date older women. He feels that older women are in a different space professionally and understand his lifestyle better, the oldest woman he has dated is 39 or 40, however he will date as young as 21.

Terrance said that when people meet him they see that who he is on 106&Park is a character.  That his image on 106&Park has lead him to some very lucrative deals.  He said so if his image is corny, he's going right to the corny bank to see the chessy teller!

There has been a report from Variety that Will Smith is currently in works to remake a hip hop verse of "Annie" for Willow  and Jay - Z is has been asked to work on the music for the film.  If this is true this would really be a good look!  Now can someone please work on a remake for "Sparkle" before I lose it!
