Alicia Keys and Swiss Beats out and about with their new bundle of joy

The happy couple was seen out and in about in NY with their 4 day-old son Egypt Daoud Dean (what a name!)  Alicia and her hubby Kareem Dean took their bundle of joy out shopping following his first check up.
