Is Fab engaged?

This is Fab out with his girlfriend in a NYC nightclub. She seems to be wearing a ring on her left hand, so other blogs are wondering are they engaged, not sure I believe this one. He was just on his twitter page flirting with a video girl and talking about using her breast as a flotation device.
