DETROIT Police today will announce charges against a strip club manager for allegedly employing a 14-year-old girl as a topless dancer.
The Detroit Free Press said police scheduled a press conference this afternoon to outline the case against the management of the "All Stars Topless Bar", an adult strip club in Detroit.
The manager, who has not been identified, faces child sexual abusive activity charges, officials said in a press release.
The strip club, located on Detroit's Eight Mile road, boasts "a steady stream of hot, Victoria's-Secret-looking dancers", according to its description on Club Planet.
Entrance to the club is publicised as limited to those aged 21 and over
